当店では、下記の条件をすべて満たしている方へ貸出可能とさせて頂いております。
①当レンタカーをご利用の際は
「日本で発行された免許証」「国際免許証」のいずれかが必要となります。
また、合わせましてパスポートのご提示をお願いしております。
②当レンタカーは、安全上の理由から
初心者マーク、もしくは25歳未満の方、75歳以上の方の運転はご遠慮いただいております。
なので、ドライバーの方は免許取得から1年以上&25歳以上の方に限らせて頂いております。
③当店は外国語の対応可能なスタッフが不在のため、アプリなどで翻訳しながらの対応となりお時間がかかる場合がございますことをご了承ください。
④海外から当店をご利用のお客様へ一律でご利用前に、デポジット（お預かり金）として100,000円をお預かりいたします。
車両に損傷や未払い料金等がないことを確認後、速やかに全額返金いたします。
セキュリティデポジットの請求および返金は日本円（JPY）で行われます。為替レートの変動やカード発行会社の手数料により、現地通貨での返金額が当初の請求額と異なる場合があります。

For Customers Visiting Japan from Overseas
To rent one of our campervans, all of the following requirements must be met:
1. Driver’s License
You must present either a valid Japanese driver’s license or a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) that is accepted in Japan. A passport is also required for identification.
2. Driver Eligibility
For safety reasons, we do not allow drivers who:
- are under 25 years of age,
- are 75 years of age or older, or
- have held their driver’s license for less than one year.
3. Language Support
We do not have English-speaking staff. Communication will be conducted using translation apps, so please understand that it may take a little longer.
4. Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ¥100,000 is required for all customers visiting from overseas before the rental begins.
The deposit will be refunded promptly after the vehicle is returned and confirmed to have no damage, unpaid charges, or other outstanding fees.
The security deposit is charged and refunded in Japanese Yen (JPY). Due to exchange rate fluctuations and your card issuer’s fees, the refunded amount in your local currency may differ from the original charge.nding charges.
