当店では、下記の条件をすべて満たしている方へ貸出可能とさせて頂いております。
①当レンタカーをご利用の際は
「日本で発行された免許証」「国際免許証」のいずれかが必要となります。
②当レンタカーは、安全上の理由から
初心者マーク、もしくは25歳未満の方、75歳以上の方の運転はご遠慮いただいております。
なので、ドライバーの方は免許取得から1年以上&25歳以上の方に限らせて頂いております。
③当店は外国語の対応可能なスタッフが不在のため、アプリなどで翻訳しながらの対応となりお時間がかかる場合がございますことをご了承ください。
【For Customers Visiting from Outside Japan】
Our rental vehicles are available only to customers who meet all of the following conditions:
- Required Driving LicenseWhen renting our vehicles, you must possess either:
- A valid Japanese driver’s license, or
- An international driving permit (IDP).
- Age and Experience RestrictionsFor safety reasons, we do not allow driving by:
- Beginner drivers (those requiring a beginner mark),
- Drivers under 25 years old, or
- Drivers aged 75 or older.Therefore, all drivers must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for more than one year.
３．Language Support
Please note that we do not have staff members who speak foreign languages. We will assist you using translation apps, which means the communication and procedures may take extra time. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
